Items include California and spicy tuna as well as specialty dishes such as the Kraken with fried squid legs, lemon, cucumber, pickled red onion, Bibb lettuce, kaiware sprouts, spicy mayo, and gremolata and the Pineapple Express with tempura, unagi, cucumber, garlic mayo, kaiware sprouts, topped with tuna, spicy pineapple glaze, sweet soy, bubu arare, and scallions.
The location also plans to serve ramen ranging from a spicy miso version with spicy grilled chicken thigh, spinach, bean sprouts, chili miso paste, shoyu egg, naruto, and negi for $13 and the tempura udon with tempura vegetables and shrimp, naruto, negi, and shoyu broth for $12.
Sparkling sake, wine, beer, and Japanese cocktails also make the menu.
