Jeff Osaka will open his fifth Sushi-Rama location in Aurora next month near the Fitzsimons Campus at 13650 E. Colfax Avenue — the first new location for the
concept since the chef and his business partner opened a 3,020-square-foot warehouse that he plans as the nerve center for his fresh-fish distribution throughout the region.
The 2,200-square-foot new location will feature a 200-foot conveyor belt whirring fish plates like The Kraken (fried squid legs, lemon, cucumber, pickled red onion, bibb lettuce, kaiware sprouts, spicy mayo, topped with gremolata) past diners. It also will offer ramen, udon and chicken, as well as a full drink menu.
